AES provides a library of AI automation tools ("skills") that you install and run inside your own paid Claude account. You are responsible for maintaining your Claude subscription and for connecting your own business tools.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate information and appropriate inputs for each automation.
You review outputs before relying on them — including any documents, messages, or configurations. Templates (such as contracts) should be reviewed by a qualified professional.
You only use the service for lawful purposes and only contact people who have consented to be contacted.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

License and intellectual property

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the AES library for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the skills or their contents.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." AES does not guarantee specific results. Automations assist with your work; you remain responsible for your business decisions, communications, and compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AES is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
